Michael has one child and two grandchildren. He enjoys deer hunting and fishing with his family and friends, and his favorite activity is hanging out at the river house having cookouts.
Michael started his career in the grocery industry, until he decided to join the United States Army where he served for three years. After that, he started his welding career, and he has now been welding for 42 years. He has welded just about every type of material you can think of, including building power plants and paper mills, and working in manufacturing.
Michael started with Carolina Bridge part-time as a shop welder about two years ago, and has been a valuable member of the team ever since.
